Lucy Schoorl is a Dutch artist based in Utrecht. She graduated in 2023 from HKU Product Design.

Lucy (2001) draws inspiration from shapes, processes and repetitions presented in nature. Her work is the result of ongoing exploration into form, imagination, and function. Guided by the organic shapes, textures, and patterns she encounters, she seeks to interpret and translate them into ceramic pieces. She aims to create work that is not only visually appealing but also evoke a sense of wonder and connection to nature.
